Does anyone remember this movie...?

about a kid and his midget brother ( or challenged in some way), and
one part, the midget hits a baseball and it kills the teacher he had a
crush on as she walks by the game,or I think at the end, the school
bus they are riding on is sinking, but he manages to save everyone but
himself.

Hell this may be a figment of my imagination for all I know....so
derp.
