Whenever I listen to any band (mostly rock) I have difficulty
understanding what they mean by their lyrics. Ex., Panic! At The Disco
has a lot of songs that only sound poetic and have rhyme, but they
also have meaning and I know they do, but I just can't figure it out
by myself. If someone were to give me an analogy of the song and
explain a bit what it relates to, then I'd be able to understand it
perfectly. Am I the only one with this problem? If it helps to know my
age, I'm 13. I feel kind of sad because I can't come up with my own
interpretation for any song, unless the meaning's really obvious. I
think of one thing, then I read like a comment on a youtube video of a
song I like that explains the meaning and then it makes more sense
than what I would've ever come up with.
